Basic Nutrition.

For some basic guidelines to follow when shopping in the store remember: Meats and Veggies, Nuts and seeds, Some fruit little starch no sugar. Try to shop around the perimeter of the store, avoid the isles as much as possible except for things like beans in can etc but be sure to get organic and check the labels to make sure there is no soy or corn.
